Yaniv Natanov is the Founder and CEO of NIV Advisors, combining over a decade of financial planning experience with a unique 12-year background in hotel and property management. This diverse foundation gives him a deep understanding of client needs, emphasizing personalized service, attention to detail, and proactive solutions. Motivated by the impact of the 2008 financial crisis, Yaniv transitioned to financial planning, driven by a desire to help individuals and families navigate uncertain economic times.

With a strong focus on Economics and a minor in Accounting from Queens College in New York, he has built a career focused on empowering clients with tailored financial strategies to achieve long-term success.

In addition to his work as a financial planner, Yaniv serves on the Financial Committee of the Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy and advocates for employee financial literacy by collaborating with HR managers to promote financial well-being within organizations.

Outside of work, Yaniv is a proud father of five, an avid chess player, and is committed to regular exercise to maintain an active lifestyle. Yaniv’s blend of hospitality experience and financial expertise makes him a trusted advisor who goes beyond traditional financial planning to offer a holistic approach to wealth management.
